Week 8 - Ascend Your Start-Up

It is important to remember that once you reached the goal of becoming of founder, the journey will never truly end. You need to remember your "why" of going on the journey in the first place. Hopefully along the way you motivated and inspired others. Reflect on the steps you took to achieve your goal. Find celebrations along the journey because you're working so hard and need to be reminded that each step of achievement is worth celebrating!

Working hard along the journey is not the only thing you should be focused on. Having meaningful interactions with your team and having fun is key. The journey will be painful but remember the "why" and remember who you are along the way.

When you reach your goal, share your success and your journey with others. This will motivate others and inspire others to achieve their "why". Sharing stories gives insight to others about expectations of the journey. It is ok to share the bad experiences but share what you did about it.  Not all moves along the journey will be pleasant but realistic expectations is a must!
