 As your journey to founder continues you need to keep in mind why you are doing this climb and "staying special" means to you on y our journey. Staying focused on Cultural Collaboration as a way to bring people together is important. The culture of the company can assist in growth and employee satisfaction which in turn makes customers happy. Promote employees to work together and help one another.

Another focus on the journey is to have your technology be meaningful to people. Technology needs to be able to support the needs of people. Evaluating the technology and how it serves your team and customers is essential to make sure the technology serving those. Technology can assist in success and helping people reach their purpose.

The journey is going to continue to be a world of sacrifice and let downs but you need to overcome them. Remember that some days you may think your efforts are for nothing but other days you will see the rewards. Continue to stay focused on your why and what matters. It takes dedication and determination so look-up and continue your journey. You also must celebrate the small wins and successes because it is good for the mind and body. Working with your team is essential and encouraging other to share their ideas to promote growth.
